The Free Art Jumble is designed to be a fun, low-pressure class where creativity can flourish. Participants will rotate through different art stations, allowing them to try a variety of art forms and find what excites them the most. Here’s a glimpse at the activities we’ll offer:
Drawing: Explore the world of lines, shapes, and colors in a fun and simple way. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, drawing can be a great entry point into creativity.
Painting: Dive into the vibrant world of colors, textures, and techniques with various painting mediums. Let your imagination run wild!
Mixed Media: Combine different materials and textures to create artwork that’s as unique as the artist themselves.
Slime Art: A sensory experience that’s both playful and artistic. Manipulating slime can be soothing and fun, while also allowing for creative expression.
This class will be led by our talented Honest Art Teaching Artists and supported by our compassionate assistants. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that each participant feels supported and empowered to create at their own pace. If your artist requires any special assistance, please arrange for it to be available during the class. If you or your artist need any specific accommodations from the studio, don’t hesitate to let us know — we’ll do our best to ensure all artists can participate fully and comfortably.
An Inclusive and Welcoming Environment
At Honest Art, we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. While this class is specifically designed for people with diagnosed disabilities, we welcome the opportunity for siblings or guests to join in the fun. However, please note that guests or siblings will need to pay a fee to participate, as the class is offered at no cost only to individuals with special needs. Caregivers are, of course, welcome to attend with no additional charge.
